League Divisions
Choose the division that best suits you or play in multiple divisions if you
want more dodgeball. Note all players must be age 18+.
- Coed
- Coed is an NDL-style play division with competitive play in a more welcoming format that does not allow high-throws. Teams must have at least 2 players of each gender. Games use 8.5 inch balls.
- Open
- Open is the most highly competitive division intended to provide NDL-style fast-paced, intense court action. Players have no gender requirements. Teams can be comprised of all male, all female or mixed gender players. Games use 8.5 inch balls.
- Womens
- Womens is an NDL-format division for all-female teams. Women can play against each other without guys hogging the balls. Games use 7 inch balls.

Players may register as freelance. Freelance players will not
be charged for registration until they are successfully placed on a team.

League Rules
League rules are based on National Dodgeball League rules.
All players are responsible for reading the league rules
and complying with all
conduct standards.
Team Size
Teams must have a minimum of (6) players. It is recommended
that teams sign-up
more than (6) players to cover absences, but this is not required.
Games
will be played with the players in attendance at the start of game time up to
a maximum of (6) players on the court (no minimum
number of players required).
Co-ed teams must have a minimum
of (2) guys and (2) girls. Open division teams have no gender requirements.
Team Uniforms
Team uniforms are not required. Many teams
choose to create uniforms, but they are not required.
